Our homemade, Maryland-style crabcake is a blend of lump crab, chopped green onions and celery, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, grainy mustard, red pepper flakes and seasonings. The approximate weight of each cake is 5.0 - 5.5 ounces.
* The Maryland-style crabcake is a little spicier than the original crabcake.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 18 - 20 minutes and then broil for 1 - 2 minutes.
