Our homemade original lump crabcake is a blend of lump crabmeat, mayonnaise and seasonings. The approximate weight of each cake is 5.0 - 5.5 ounces.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 18 - 20 minutes and then broil for 1 - 2 minutes to brown on top.
